With Alron Homes, you have the option of choosing one of our unique model floor plans, provide a plan yourself or custom design a completely unique home. Plans can be altered to accommodate changes, i.e., expanding/ adding rooms, adding sunrooms, fireplaces, in-law suites, finished walk-out basements, moving walls and/or rearranging within the plans, etc. . The home plans are drafted by in-house draftsmen using AutoCAD. This speeds up the design phase. 

Alron Homes will even help with funding by suggesting reputable lending options, if you decide to finance your new home. You choose where you want to build, and Alron Homes will do the rest, and then hand you the keys to your brand-new home!
